Co-founder of Collegium Wratislaviense and AGH The Integral Leadership Lab, Piotr is a leadership expert and researcher, program designer and experienced executive mentor. His expertise spans integral leadership, leadership development, mentoring, entrepreneurship and innovation, with professional and academic credentials from Uniwerystet Wrocławski, Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IBL PAN), Program PAFF Leaders, IESE (IFP), MIT Sloan Bootcamp, Leadership Academy for Poland, Polarity Thinking (PACT™) and Oxford Leadership Development Program.
Piotr is the author of publications on leadership, tutoring and mentoring (e.a. Wolters Kluwer). His dedication to education and civic engagement was reflected in his service on the Council of Curators of the National Ossoliński Institute and the Participatory Council of the President of Wrocław. As a co-founder of Two Wings Institute he has influenced polish system of higher education, as a member of the Angelus Silesius House, he was a co-recipient of the Pro Publico Bono Award for the Best Local Educational Initiative. Beyond academia, Piotr has been actively involved in innovation and entrepreneurship, leading a startup program for the KGHM Group and mentoring for MIT Enterprise Forum Poland. In 2015, he was nominated as one of the Most Effective Managers in the Gazeta Wrocławska Polska The Times ranking.
