Piotr Czekierda is a Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Collegium Wratislaviense – an institution whose mission is to inspire greatness. Collegium is a leading center for personalized education (tutoring, mentoring) and good leadership. More than 5 000 participants have already participated in Collegium’s programs, such as the Tutor Program, School of Tutors, School of Academic Tutors, School of Mentors, and Academic Leaders – both young people and representatives of academic, teaching, business and social organizations. Thanks to our programs and active working methods, we are able to strengthen, inspire, integrate and accompany the development of people who want to take more responsibility. Collegium offers professional and integral support: inspiring ideas, effective tools and methods of work, invigorating reflection, building the experience of cooperation. Being aware of importance of its – broadly understood – elites for development of the community, we try to create opportunities for professional and personal development at the highest possible level. We are inspired by the style of operation of English universities – Oxford and Cambridge – but also by the tradition of the Polish Collegium Nobilium established in the 17th century precisely in order to educate the elite for the Republic of Poland.
