Piotr Czekierda is Co-Founder of AGH The Integral Leadership Lab. AGH TILL empowers current and future leaders in business, academia, industry, and society, guiding them toward a more integral and impactful approach to leadership. True leadership extends beyond operational efficiency—it requires an integrated perspective on people, work, and their role in the world.  

Our research and development programs focus on Integral Leadership, which fosters long-term success, sustainable value, and principles such as human dignity, trust, responsibility, freedom, and solidarity.
